Do I need ice to use the bathtub?
No. If you use a Mini Chiller or Chiller Boost, the system automatically cools the water to 3°C without the need to add ice. If you use only the tub, you can choose to use ice to lower the water temperature.
Can I use the bathtub outdoors?
Yes. All our bathtubs are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. We simply recommend placing them on a stable, level surface and keeping them covered when not in use to help maintain the temperature and protect the water.
What is the ideal temperature?
It depends on your experience and goal. For most users, we recommend between 5°C and 10°C. If you are just starting out, you can begin between 10°C and 15°C and gradually lower the temperature as your body adapts.
What is the difference between the mini chiller and the chiller boost?
Both allow the water to be cooled down to 3°C and include Wi-Fi control and a filtration system. The Chiller Boost offers approximately double the cooling capacity, enabling the desired temperature to be reached more quickly and maintaining superior performance in hotter environments or under more intensive use.
