All Alaska products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

What is the return policy?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return, provided the product shows no signs of use and is in its original packaging.
DO THE BATHTUBS WORK WITHOUT CHILLER ?
Yes. You can use the tub with just ice.
The chiller is optional and allows you to keep the water cold automatically, without needing to add ice.
What is the minimum temperature of the chillers?
Alaska chillers can cool water down to approximately 3°C.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cards, PayPal, Klarna, and other methods available at checkout.
Is it possible to pay in installments?
