3.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the purchase and sale made in the Alaska Recover online store, between the Customer as buyer and Alaska Recover as Seller, and apply to all visitors of the website www.alaskarecover.com, as well as to any commercial transaction carried out through this virtual online store.
3.2. Browsing the website, as well as purchasing any product on www.alaskarecover.com, implies acceptance of these general terms of use and contracting.
3.3. Alaska Recover sells all products from the Alaska Recover collection, being the entity responsible for sales on the website www.alaskarecover.com. All “e-commerce” services are only available to final Consumers.
3.4. A "Customer" or "User" is considered to be any person who acts or buys with a purely personal or professional intention.
3.5. Alaska Recover reserves the right to change these terms of use and contracting, without prior notice, as well as to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented on products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions, and services. Any change will always be published on the website www.alaskarecover.com.
3.6. Alaska Recover reserves the right not to process any order received from users who are not Customers or those that do not comply with the general conditions of sale.
3.7. The Customer must provide the Alaska Recover online store with an email or postal address, or data relating to another form of contact, which are correct and complete, and accepts that Alaska Recover may contact them using these data, if deemed appropriate.

5.1. If the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale contract under the applicable legal terms.
5.2. The colors of the photographs presented on the website may undergo slight tonal changes, depending on the type and settings of your screen.
5.3. Product prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. Despite Alaska Recover's extreme attention to keeping all information updated, some products may contain an incorrect price, so prices will be checked whenever orders are processed. If the price of the product is lower than the advertised price, the difference will be refunded to the Customer. If the price is higher, the Customer will be informed by email. Alaska Recover will await the Customer's decision to accept the new proposal or cancel the order.
5.4. The product catalog of the Alaska Recover online store is independent of physical stores, both in terms of price and the products presented, as well as stock quantities. All promotional campaigns have limited stock and may be exclusive to the Alaska Recover online store.
5.5. The validation of the purchase order implies that the Customer is aware of and accepts the general terms and conditions of sale of the website www.alaskarecover.com.
5.6. All data recorded by Alaska Recover constitute proof of the set of transactions carried out between Alaska Recover and the Customer, and Alaska Recover is responsible for archiving the electronic document in which the contract is formalized, undertaking to keep it accessible.

Obligations of Customers and Users
6.1. Any visitor to the website www.alaskarecover.com undertakes to comply with and respect these general conditions, specifically observing the following obligations:

• It is forbidden to introduce, store or disseminate through the Alaska Recover online store defamatory, obscene, injurious, xenophobic and/or any other content that violates general legal principles and public order;

Placing an Online Order
7.1. To place an order on www.alaskarecover.com, the Customer must have a valid and frequently used email account.
7.2. To place an order on www.alaskarecover.com, the Customer will have to:

• Browse the online store pages and find the products they wish to purchase;
• Add the preferred products to the shopping cart using the "Add to Cart" or "Buy" button;
• When they consider that they have already chosen all the items they wish to purchase, finalize the purchase by clicking on "Checkout" in the shopping cart;
• They must then fill in their personal data, enter the shipping and billing address, review their order and all their data, and finally proceed with the payment, choosing the desired payment method;

Product Availability and Order Confirmation/Cancellation
8.1. Alaska Recover only processes an order placed by a Customer after confirmation of the respective payment, so Alaska Recover cannot guarantee the availability of items until the beginning of the aforementioned processing.
8.2. In the order confirmation, you will find the estimated shipping time for the products, after payment confirmation. The estimated shipping time is added to the transport times, which depend on the carrier you choose and the destination of your order.
8.3. Alaska Recover only ships on business days. Therefore, neither Saturdays, Sundays, nor holidays are counted for the estimated delivery of orders.
8.4. Any delay verified in the shipment of items, compared to the estimated dates presented, does not entitle the Customer to any compensation.

Order Confirmation or Cancellation
9.1. Alaska Recover may not validate a Customer's order if they do not have a solvency history, or even when orders are not validated by analyzing customer data, payment, or even identification of errors in the values (reference or total) of the products. In these cases, Alaska Recover will inform the Customer via email of the reason why the order was not validated.
9.2. If the products ordered on www.alaskarecover.com are no longer available at the time of your last access to the website, despite having received order confirmation, or when Alaska Recover receives your request, Alaska Recover will immediately inform the Customer about their unavailability, and Alaska Recover cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting therefrom.
9.3. Alaska Recover reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason, and Alaska Recover cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.

Payment and Payment Methods
10.1. On www.alaskarecover.com, Alaska Recover offers the Customer the following payment methods via Shopify Payments:

• Debit/Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay);
• Multibanco;
• ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay;
• Paypal.

10.2. In the case of credit card payment, all transactions will be encrypted and 100% secure.
10.3. Once the Customer has completed their purchase, they must proceed with payment, in accordance with the conditions of the selected payment method.
10.4. After payment confirmation, Alaska Recover will issue a receipt, which will be sent to the Customer by email.

11.1. The Alaska Recover online store uses robust technological systems to ensure the security of transactions carried out, especially with regard to credit card payments.
11.2. All payment information is encrypted and processed by secure servers, thus guaranteeing the privacy and security of Customer data.

Shipping and Delivery
12.1. Order delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen by the Customer. Alaska Recover undertakes to make every effort to meet the indicated deadlines, however, it is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
12.2. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the recipient's location.
12.3. The Customer must ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. Alaska Recover is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Warranty and After-Sales Service
13.1. Products purchased on www.alaskarecover.com are covered by a 3-year conformity warranty, as stipulated by current legislation, which ensures the functionality and quality of the products during this period.
13.2. If the Customer detects any problem or defect in the purchased product, they should contact Alaska Recover's customer support service, which will resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns Policy
14.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without needing to state a reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
14.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Alaska Recover of their decision through an unequivocal statement sent by email or letter.
14.3. In case of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products to Alaska Recover in the same conditions in which they received them, without signs of use and with the original packaging intact.
14.4. Alaska Recover will refund the Customer for the value of the returned products, using the same payment method that the Customer used in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
14.5. The return costs will be borne by the Customer, unless the product is defective or the return is a result of an error by Alaska Recover.

Privacy and Personal Data Protection
15.1. Alaska Recover undertakes to protect the privacy and personal data of Customers, rigorously complying with the applicable legislation on personal data protection.

Applicable Law and Competent Forum
17.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Portuguese law.
17.2. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the jurisdiction of the district of Vila do Conde will be competent, with express waiver of any other.
