- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay and Multibanco/MB Way payments, all securely.
- Is my payment information secure? Yes, all transactions are protected by state-of-the-art security systems.
Shipping & Delivery
- How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 24 hours to mainland Portugal and Spain, using the NACEX carrier.
Rest of Europe 3-5 working days using DHL or UPS.
For other international destinations and islands, the deadline is up to 7 business days.
- Do you ship nationwide? Yes, we deliver nationwide and also to international destinations.
Warranty & Returns
- What is the warranty on the products?
All our products have a 1 year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and quality issues.
- How can I activate the warranty?
If there is any problem, please contact us for assistance and we will resolve it quickly.
- Can I return or exchange the product?
We accept returns up to 30 days after receiving the product, as long as it is in perfect condition. We do not accept exchanges.
- When will I receive my refund? Your refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
